A delightful barn conversion situated on a working sheep farm within Exmoor National Park, Mill Cottage on the outskirts of the rural village of Luxborough, Somerset, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on the foothills of the Brendon Hills.

This dog-friendly farm cottage sleeps up to six guests in upside-down accommodation that is well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. The first floor is accessed from the rear of the property through the cloak floor with stone-tiled flooring. A glass doorway leads to a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and a large window with far-reaching valley views.

The newly fitted kitchen-dining area comes complete with an Aga stove, dual-aspect windows looking over farmland, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Downstairs, the expansive master bedroom has a king-sized double bed with a feature arched doorway leading to the patio, a private enclosed garden, and an en-suite shower room and toilet. The bunk-bedded room also has an arched doorway leading to the garden, whilst a twin bedroom has an exposed wooden beam and arched window.

Mill Cottage guests have access to modern stabling facilities for their horses, with individual turnout paddocks, a washdown area, and a large secure tack room with drying facilities. The surrounding countryside leads to the famous Coleridge Way bridle path that passes through the pretty village of Luxborough as it meanders through the national park’s moorlands, woodlands, and valleys.
