Allerford View

Allerford View is an accessible Exmoor holiday apartment sleeping 2-5 guests in Allerford, a small coastal village near Minehead. The main bedroom is an En-Suite room with a zip-and-link super-king or twin bed. The bed has been lowered for better access (it appears higher in the photos than it really is). The wetroom bathroom is entirely Travertine marble lined, with plenty of space around the facilities and lots of grab handles. It has its own dedicated hot water cylinder. There is a second, non-adapted toilet for other guests.

The suite boasts a spacious lounge, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. It features a 50″ HD TV and a cosy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lounge also offers Wi-Fi for those who prefer to stay connected. Wide French doors open to a private courtyard, providing a picturesque view of Allerford. In the lounge, you'll find a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping options. For indoor entertainment, a PS4 is available upon request, ensuring a fun-filled stay even if the weather is not ideal (Subject to availability).

Outside, a private courtyard awaits, offering a serene space with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxation. Access to the front terrace, which is shared with B&B guests, is made easy with a wheelchair-friendly ramp, ensuring that all guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces without any barriers.

There is a fully equipped kitchen in the suite. This has a high-level double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer dining table, and plenty of space, but it is not adapted.

Please bear in mind this is a Grade II listed building with a flagstone terrace and cobbled parking area, and a certain level of ‘robustness’ is required.

Allerford View is ideally located for holidays on the West Somerset Coast and exploring Exmoor and the attractive little towns of Minehead, Dunster, Porlock and further west to Lynton and Lynmouth.
