The garden connects directly to the barn-style kitchen with a Range cooker. The kitchen forms part of the open-plan living space, including a light and airy dining area, a spacious sitting area with views and an open fire. The snug offers space to relax with a good book.

The wonderfully appointed bedrooms include a double room and a room with twin zip and link beds. The first master room contains a sleigh bed plus an en-suite with shower and bath, while the second master room contains a wooden bed with an en-suite with bath. The modern family bathroom includes a shower.

Visitors to Laylands enjoy an experience in a grand old house. They can rely on WiFi, amenities for young children, parking, central heating and laundry facilities, and a 42” TV with BT Vision/Netflix.
