Llancayo Windmill, Monmouthshire
Llancayo Windmill is a recently renovated luxury self-catering rural retreat two miles north of the Monmouthshire market town of Usk. Built in the early 19th Century, it stood as a ruin for many years until its superb restoration as a luxury holiday cottage in mid-Wales.
Usk is conveniently located in the centre of Monmouthshire within easy reach of the Brecon Beacons. The town possesses a castle, a rural life museum, the Sessions House, a collection of historic houses, a fine choice of restaurants, shops, public houses, tea rooms, and other amenities associated with a vibrant rural town.
