The Chapel, Ramsgate

The Chapel is the largest of our three self-catering holiday properties, which can accommodate up to 22 guests. Many guests hire all three properties for a special occasion or family holiday.

Situated within the secluded grounds of Manston Court, The Chapel has an impressive 40-foot sitting room housing a full-size American pool table, large television, four three-seater sofas (one of which is a bed settee), a baby grand piano, Wii, and Xbox 360.

The open-plan kitchen on the first floor was designed for families and entertaining, with a breakfast bar and large oak table that can comfortably seat up to 12 guests. The utility room off the kitchen has a second fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an additional toilet. (You can't have too many of those!)

The master bedroom on the first floor oozes luxury and romance. It has a king-size 4-poster bed, a large television with Freeview, and full-length windows overlooking the front garden with a large roundabout and parking area. It has a high ceiling and a chandelier. It now has a new sofa bed for those extra guests to make it more flexible. The lovely ensuite completes this characterful bedroom.

The two second-floor bedrooms also have unique characteristics: high ceilings, exposed beams, flint walls, and windows with far-reaching views over the landscape. Both bedrooms have a 6-foot super king zip-link bed that can remain as a double or be converted into two single 3-foot beds. Three portable beds can be placed in the top-floor bedrooms for additional visitors. Both rooms have their own en suite and 22" television with Freeview and DVD.

The secluded garden at the rear of The Chapel is perfect for relaxing. An unusual recess made of flint and brick has been made into a unique dining area with built-in seating and two large, specially hand-made tables. This area is perfect for alfresco dining or just enjoying a drink or coffee and chilling.

There is guaranteed off-road parking for several cars, so feel free to bring the whole family! 

There is wi-fi access and 5G connectivity for phones, and we now also have our electric charging point for electric and hybrid vehicles.
