Wye Valley Lodge is a spacious holiday home on the Gloucestershire border, offering beautiful views of the idyllic River Wye. This pet-friendly house was once a country inn serving the nearby village of Lydbrook.

The inn has been tastefully converted into a large and comfortable self-catering cottage, perfect for groups of friends and families looking to enjoy a relaxing Wye Valley holiday. The Lodge can accommodate up to 26 guests in 12 bedrooms, with 10 of them featuring en-suite facilities.

The bedrooms are made up of:

• five double rooms,
• four twin rooms (three of which have en-suite facilities),
• two triple-family rooms (both with en-suite facilities),
• one twin-room
• one double room with a shared bathroom,
• one ground-floor accessible twin bedroom with a wet room.

Additionally, there are two ground-floor cloakrooms.

The Lodge features a huge lounge with a wood burner and an adjacent bar/lounge with beautiful riverside views. There is also a large dining room with a table that can seat up to 26 guests and overlooks the river.

Two linked kitchens are thoughtfully stocked with

• three hobs,
• three ovens,
• a pair of dishwashers,
• two fridge/freezers,
• microwave, toasters,
• plenty of utensils, cutlery, and crockery.
• To make your stay comfortable, we offer a pre-ordering service from Waitrose in Monmouth or Tesco in Hereford. Place your order before your arrival, and your groceries will be waiting for you when you check in, ensuring a stress-free start to your holiday.
• The Lodge's garden features terraces with dining furniture that offer beautiful riverside views, a hot tub, and a children's playground. The garden is securely fenced to ensure the safety of all pets and children.
