Old Post Office cottage near Bridport in Dorset boasts a cosy sitting room with sofas, armchairs, and an open fire; there is also a TV.
The kitchen/diner has been fitted with brand-new crockery and cooking utensils. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker and lots of storage space. The oval dining table seats 6/8, and the wood burner is perfect for the long wintery months.
The utility room is complete with a washing machine and a tumble drier. There is a separate WC and wash basin downstairs next to the utility room.
There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, which is large enough for a z-bed if required. The rooms all have zip-and-link beds so that they can be used as singles or doubles. The painted furniture and checked blankets contribute to the cosy cottage feel.
Our guests are provided with white towelling dressing gowns and fluffy bath towels for added luxury. Every bed is made up with top quality, white, crisp bed linen.
The large bathroom has an overhead shower over the bath, plus a walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, large heated towel rail and WC.
Outside at the back of the cottage, is a terraced area with a gas barbecue and table and chairs where our guests can sit in privacy and enjoy the view. The Old Post Office shop next to the cottage has been recently renovated as a games room with a table tennis table; there is also a trampoline in the garden for the younger family members.
The cottage has Sky TV, Wi-fi, broadband and plenty of games to keep you occupied.

Always great
Our third time of staying this time of year, fantastic quite week and the weather for three days was like the summer so we were thrilled. We bring our dogs and enjoy the walks and the area. great breakfasts and a Sunday lunch in the Café was exceptional value, we will return!
