Seacroft is less than a mile from Woolacombe. This area is renowned for some of the UK's finest coastal walks. The property is designed for comfort throughout the year, featuring a wet room for surfers, swimmers, or damp walkers, and is fully insulated with gas-fired central heating.

The raised deck and upstairs terrace provide quiet outdoor spaces where guests can relax and enjoy spectacular views and sunsets. The house is near Woolacombe's famous surf beach and friendly town, offering various shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and other amenities within a short walk or drive.

Seacroft boasts five generously sized bedrooms, each with high-quality ensuite bath or shower facilities, and sleeps up to 10 guests. The rooms are furnished with 100% cotton linens, and one bath towel per person is provided. Feather pillows and duvets are standard, with additional options available upon request.

The spacious and stylish kitchen-dining area features a circular slate dining table that comfortably accommodates ten guests. The kitchen is equipped with superior appliances, including a range-style cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are provided upon arrival, and a high chair is available for little ones.

There are two lounge areas with ample seating. The formal front room includes a 32-inch TV and DVD player, while the back lounge offers a large L-shape sofa and a wall-mounted 50-inch plasma TV, perfect for 'cinema nights'. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and outside.

A wet room caters to surfers, swimmers, walkers, and pets. Additionally, a utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. The sunny garden and deck seating area can accommodate ten people, and there is a terrace-top table for two, perfect for quieter moments.

Seacroft has private parking for three cars in the driveway next to the house. Up to two dogs are welcome for a supplement of £20 each, but please do not allow them upstairs or on any furniture. No other pets are permitted.

A security deposit of £250.00 is required for your stay at Seacroft. This will be refunded after your departure unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents.
