This wonderful family-friendly holiday home is on a quiet road, just a short walk from the centre of the village and the main beach, renowned for its 3 miles of golden sands and clean surf. The village enjoys a great selection of cafes, ice cream parlours, an amusement arcade, surf and gift shops, and many excellent pubs and restaurants. Several steps lead up to this Woolacombe holiday home, where you’ll discover a front terrace with exceptional coastal views, a private hot tub and sun loungers. Inside Coast View, the spacious lounge boasts beautiful sea views from its huge windows and features a large corner sofa, comfy armchairs, a wood burner, a TV and a DVD player. The room provides ample space for everyone to relax together. A huge kitchen/dining room is well-equipped to accommodate large groups on a self-catering holiday. The modern kitchen has sleek white units, high-quality granite worktops, an integrated double oven, five gas hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom. A large table with a wall-mounted TV comfortably seats ten guests in the dining area. Tucked away at the rear of this bright and spacious room, a large armchair with a side table provides a lovely space to escape with a quick cuppa and a book. A door also leads out into the back garden, with beautiful mature trees and a lawned area that backs onto the surrounding countryside. A narrow hallway from the dining area leads to two shower rooms, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a second sitting room with a sofa with bean bags, a TV, games and books—a lovely spot for the kids to relax. Upstairs, on the first floor, are three of the five bedrooms and a family bathroom featuring a roll-top bath, wash basin, and WC. There are also two double bedrooms and a bunk room with enough space for a cot. A steep staircase leads into the fourth bedroom, a lovely room featuring a double bed and a cloakroom. A sliding door separates it from a twin room with two single beds. At Coast View, there is plenty of outdoor space for guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding views, and of course, it has the added benefit of a hot tub, a great way to relax after a day of surfing. Guests at Coast View won’t struggle to find something to do. The main attraction is Woolacombe Beach, but if you fancy a change from a day out at the beach, then the charming hilltop village of Mortehoe is just up around the headland, and along the coast are the popular resorts of Ilfracombe, Croyde and Saunton.
