Located near the beaches at Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, the beautiful Higher Mullacott Farmhouse is back on the market for year-round rental.

The stunning luxury five-bedroom Farmhouse boasts an impressive kitchen/day room, a beautiful setting for large family gatherings. Although luxurious, it still maintains many of the Farmhouse's original features. Next door is a large lounge with a wide-screen TV and comfy sofas, ideal for relaxing.

Up the stairs is the master bedroom, which has a vaulted ceiling and dual-aspect windows. It is incredibly bright and airy, with an ensuite shower room and a luxurious king-sized bed. The first double bedroom is downstairs, with an ensuite shower and views of our 3 1/2 acres of gardens.

Further along, the hallway, which has views across the courtyard and, has three more bedrooms (one twin/double room, one twin room, and a further double room with a king-sized bed). They all have beautiful views of the North Devon countryside or the courtyard. Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs, too. At the end of the hallway is a family bathroom with a keyhole-shaped bath and shower, and a separate toilet is just next door.

The Farmhouse has a private patio area across the courtyard, with a charcoal BBQ and picnic tables. Guests of Higher Mullacott Farm also have access to our gardens, which include a play area, mini football pitch, volleyball net, and table tennis table.
