New Lodge, a unique lakeside cottage nestled on the shores of Lake Ullswater in Watermillock, Cumbria. This historic property, dating back to the early 1900s, has been tastefully extended with an architecturally designed addition. The large windows in this addition offer breathtaking views of the surroundings. The interior of the property is a blend of sophistication and comfort, with log fires adding a cosy touch. It's a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation.

The delightful grounds surrounding the cottage offer plenty of space to unwind, including a private shoreline with a small jetty to the lake. The outdoor area is furnished, providing a perfect spot for al fresco dining with views of the fells and the lake. Additionally, a furnished balcony captures the beautiful views.

The extension of New Lodge has been thoughtfully designed to maximize the stunning view. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the fells and the lake, providing a picturesque backdrop. Guests can unwind on plush sofas in the sitting room while the log fire crackles away. Another log fire can be found in the kitchen, which features a wooden floor and worktop, a double ceramic sink, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. For some indoor fun, the games room is equipped with various entertainment options.

Contemporary elegance continues in the bedrooms, including two rooms with 6' zip-and-link beds, a double bed, and one room featuring a wood beam vaulted ceiling, a wood-burning stove, a TV, and lake views. The master suite features a 6' bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, access to a sofa and study area on the mezzanine balcony, and a walk-in wardrobe leading to the en-suite with a free-standing bath and shower. A separate room has a single bed, while the oval-shaped bathroom has a double shower bath and double sinks.

Guests will have access to WiFi, amenities for young children, parking, a BBQ, central heating, laundry facilities, and TVs.

New Lodge is located by Lake Ullswater in Watermillock, offering guests access to the wonders of Cumbria and The Lake District National Park.
