This is a beautiful property with a lovely garden and ample off-road parking for four cars. It has an exceptional house which features underfloor heating powered by an air-source heat pump. We hope to add PV solar panels, making it an eco-friendly home. Upstairs, there are seven Velux windows that can be operated by remote control, allowing plenty of natural light in.

The location is convenient, as it is only 0.6 miles from Carbis Bay and 1.5 miles from St Ives, which can be easily accessed by foot. All bedrooms have quality Harrison Spinks mattresses, beds with cotton percale linen, and black-out blinds or curtains to ensure a good night's sleep for all.

Other features of the property include secure on-site parking for four cars, an Aga Rangemaster Professional double oven with six-hob induction, a large integrated Bosch Fridge Freezer, and a large reclaimed Elm pedestal table with ten ring back chairs.

Additionally, there are several entertainment options, such as a 55-inch Smart 4k Ultra HD HDR OLED TV with LG Soundbar and an LG smart 4k 49-inch ultra HD TV with Freeview satellite.

The snug has a three-seater retro JayBe sofabed.

Local restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a 10-minute walk, and the property is easily accessed from A30, so there's no stressful driving through St Ives.
