The Farmhouse Cottage is in a secluded location just five miles from Falmouth in the coastal hamlet of Treviades. It provides the perfect base for a holiday spent exploring Cornwall, and with four bedrooms and plenty of extras, it works equally well as a quiet, relaxing getaway for all the family.
The property is immaculately decorated throughout, making you instantly feel at home. The charming country kitchen has a warming range oven and beautiful units. All the essential utilities are nearby, including a freestanding fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven in the kitchen, and a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC in the handy utility room. The kitchen table has room for eight, so cooking won’t have to be a solitary activity.
From the kitchen, you can access a garden room. This is the perfect place to relax or keep the kids occupied whilst allowing the grown-ups some peace and quiet! It has a sofa, TV with Freeview, and a games console. From here, you can access the pretty courtyard garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.
After a long day out, the living room is a welcoming space, with luxurious rugs on the slate-flagged floor and comfortable sofas facing the wood burner. Complete with a front patio accessed by French doors, you’ll find this space calming and tranquil until the whole family piles in!
The first floor has four stunning bedrooms. The master bedroom features a stylish king-size bed, while the super-king-size bed in the second room can be made into twin singles for larger groups. Bedroom three is the perfect sanctuary for children, with painted bunk beds, a single bed, and a ladder leading to a mezzanine level filled with toys and games. Bedroom four has another king-size bed. The family bathroom is quirky, with a luxuriously deep bath for soaking in after a long day, having a shower overhead, a WC, a basin, and a heated towel rail.
Falmouth, the Eden Project, Padstow and St. Ives are all easily accessible from this property. Combine access to so many Cornish attractions with Larboard’s style and comfort; you’ll be very happy to return!
