Talland Croft is a large, bright, spacious 5-bedroom holiday house on the North Cornish coast in Crantock near Newquay. It is set in its own lovely grounds, with a massive rear garden containing a Summer House, BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating.

This lovely Cornish self-catering property has a large lounge, three comfy sofas, two armchairs, a wood-burning stove, a TV, DVD and music system.

The kitchen/diner is well equipped with a double range cooker, a dishwasher and cupboards for storage. The kitchen also has a large pine table and chairs for ten people to sit comfortably and enjoy family meals together. The house also has a handy utility room with a sink, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. There are hooks for hanging coats, room for boots and wetsuits (Crantock Beach is excellent for surfing and bodyboarding), and a handy downstairs cloakroom.

The five bedrooms consist of a ground floor and a king-size bedroom overlooking the garden. Then upstairs, there are four more bedrooms. There is a bright double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom, and both the fourth bedroom and master bedroom feature handy zip and link beds that can either be made up as two singles or as a super king-sized double. The master bedroom also enjoys excellent views over St Carantoc Church and the sea beyond and has plenty of storage space, including a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. A large family bathroom with a bath (hand-held shower attachment, WC, and basin) is also included.

The house is excellently located to enjoy the North Cornwall coast. Not only is Crantock Beach a short walk away from Talland Croft, but the famous surfing beaches of Newquay and the town itself lie just over the headland. Many popular and appealing attractions lie within easy reach of Crantock: You can reach the Eden Project and little fishing villages on the south coast of Cornwall in 30 minutes or St.Ives and far-west Cornwall beaches such as Sennan Cove..
