Find My Favourite Holiday Cottages in Llndduesant
Llanddeusant holiday cottages are hard to beat if you are looking for a peaceful base for exploring Anglesey. You will be a stone’s throw from secluded, sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and miles of glorious countryside scattered with ancient ruins and magnificent gardens. Llanddeusant is a small village on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. It lies in the island’s northwest corner, 10 miles northeast of Holyhead. This welcoming community is little more than a scattering of homes on the A5025, a scenic road that meanders north and south through some of Anglesey’s most beautiful countryside. You’ll notice several striking landmarks in and around the village, including a 600-year-old water mill and Neolithic burial chambers, on the Pressadfed Estate. Don’t miss the island’s only working windmill at Llynnon Mill, where you can follow the old mill trail before enjoying a traditional Welsh tea at Llynnon Tearooms. Nearby, the Red Kite Feeding Station allows you to hide a few metres from birds of prey feeding in their natural habitat.
