Surridge Farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century, is a delightful Grade II listed rural holiday home with a hot tub near Waterrow in Somerset. The pet-friendly cottage oozes rustic charm and includes spacious grounds with beautiful views, an open fire, a traditional kitchen, and a games room.

The spacious grounds cover 80 acres of paddocks surrounding the property, including an Iron Age play fort for children. Play in the large grassed area and relax on the furnished south-facing patio with a glass in hand. Enjoy a BBQ and relax in the hot tub.

Exposed beams, original fireplaces and reminders of yesteryear define the interior, which features a large sitting room with a cosy open fire, a character-laden dining room and a modern kitchen with Aga. Hours of fun await in the games room.

The generous modern bedrooms are subtlely sophisticated and include a double room, a twin room, and a single room, plus a room with a double bed and en-suite shower and a room with a king-size bed. The remaining bathrooms contain a bath and shower.
