Stairs lead downstairs to the well-equipped kitchen, which features a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances and has an external door that opens into the garden. The shower room, comprising a shower, toilet, and hand basin, is also located on this level.

From the living area, paddle stairs lead up to the top level, where the bedroom is situated. This room features a king-sized bed, offering a comfortable and restful sleep.
