This character-filled cottage features a large inglenook fireplace and oak beams that harken back to its former life, whilst modern touches such as a range cooker, Smart TV with Freeview, and WiFi access throughout will make your stay comfortable and inviting.
The cosy, well-equipped kitchen leads to the dining area with patio doors that open onto the garden. The ground floor features a sitting room with a wood burner, TV, and a snug with another wood burner and sofa bed.
Upstairs, you’ll find two king-size double bedrooms, a family bedroom with bunk beds, a single and additional pull-out bed, and two bathrooms that complement the ground-floor shower room.
The terraced garden leads to a lawned area with sun loungers and a summerhouse. The patio beside the pet-friendly cottage has a barbecue for grilling steaks and vegetables for al fresco dining under the stars.
Exmoor National Park surrounds Pipits, beckoning visitors with countless walks, cycle paths and horse-riding trails. The village of Exford boasts two traditional inns within walking distance and is renowned for its fishing. The nearby coastal towns of Lynmouth, Porlock, Minehead, and the medieval village of Dunster, with its historic castle, all make splendid day trips.
