Easily accessible and a comfortable holiday home, all on the ground floor level. Anchor is found on a quiet residential street, and guests can walk downhill to the bustling seafront and promenade within 10 minutes and reach the main shopping area, with its cafes, pubs, and restaurants. 

The Sea Front is nearby, with its sandy beaches, Langmoor Gardens and the historic harbour, the Cobb’, so visitors can park their cars at Anchor and forget about them for the entire holiday!

This modern, light and airy apartment offers ease of movement, making it very suitable for guests with limited mobility. 

Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent UNESCO Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset, and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, Lyme Regis also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers many beautiful hikes and walks nearby. 

Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. 

Many festivals and events are happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week, which offers a week of fun, games, music, and displays for the entire family. Of course, there are also loads of smaller events happening as well!

• Front door to hallway. Side access door to kitchen.
• The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a Flatscreen TV and DVD.  
• The kitchen, with a separate dining area, is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, and microwave.
• From the kitchen, a side door leads to the rear of the property and the patio.
• Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 4ft 6inch double bed.
• Bedroom 2 has twin 3ft beds.  
• Shower Room, which is fitted with a wash-hand basin and a WC.

OUTSIDE: To the front of the property, there is off-road parking for one large or two small/medium cars, with consideration for other guests. The small rear courtyard is for the exclusive use of visitors to Anchor and is equipped with a patio table and chairs.
