The dining room, also equipped with a wood burner, provides a delightful space for enjoying meals together. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as an American-style fridge freezer, oven, and hob.

The farmhouse offers both convenience and comfort with amenities such as an upstairs family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, as well as a ground-floor shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy the large private garden, complete with a pond, ideal for leisurely strolls or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings.

Pet owners need not leave their furry friends behind, as Whitley Farm welcomes dogs (maximum of 2) for a supplementary fee of £20 per dog per booking. However, guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the rules regarding pets, including keeping them off furniture and not leaving them unattended on the property.

As a courtesy, the property operates a strict non-smoking policy. Additionally, a good housekeeping bond of £500 is in place, although it is not required upfront. In the event of any breakages, damages, or extra costs incurred during the stay, guests will be contacted before any action is taken.
