There are plenty of activities available when you stay at Waterfall Cottage, from swimming, tennis, fishing, or exploring the 28 acres of woodlands, lakes, and adventure play area—perfect for family days out. After an active day exploring the coast and country, you can return to Waterfall Cottage and relax in the beautiful surroundings or enjoy a dip in the swimming pool.

Waterfall cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms: one master bedroom and one twin bedroom. The lounge area has two leather sofas that seat four people, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The cottage is baby-friendly; a cot and high chair are available if required for very young guests.

Waterfall Cottage is ideally located for days out, where you can discover Dartmoor National Park and the historic maritime city of Plymouth (a fantastic city for picnics on the Hoe, theatres, and boat trips up Plymouth Sound). To the east, Woodlands Theme Park—approximately a 30-minute drive from Waterfall Cottage—is a great place to take the children for a fun-packed day out.

The light and airy open-plan living area has six tables and seating. The kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are also laundry facilities on-site in a separate laundry facility. There is also an allocated parking space for Waterfall Cottage, located ten yards from the cottage.

An indoor pool is also available to you when you stay at Waterfall Cottage, meaning if the weather isn’t kind to you during your stay, you can still enjoy swimming and splashing in the indoor heated swimming pool. The stunning fishing lake on the Colmer Estate is the perfect place to relax and enjoy gentle angling.
