A working farm surrounds this large holiday home on Exmoor, and beautiful walks take guests through fields along streams to a small beach. The grounds include enclosed lawned areas and a furnished patio with a BBQ for savouring the views of Exmoor and the Channel.

The cottage's stone façade has an upside-down design. The first floor features an open-plan space with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and a sitting area with a wood burner and French doors leading to the patio. The modern, well-equipped kitchen easily accommodates big groups of up to ten guests, and the elegant dining area will bring everyone together for an evening.

The bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for couples, families, or groups of friends, with a twin room, a double room, a bunk bed, and a double room with an en-suite shower. The second double room offers an accessible en-suite with a shower, and the family bathroom contains a bath, a shower, and a WC with a basin.
