St John's Lodge is a spacious holiday cottage located in Hope Cove, South Devon. The property offers stunning sea views and has four comfortable bedrooms. It is perfect for a family-friendly self-catering holiday, and pets are welcome too. The house is located on one level, making it easily accessible for all guests.

The cottage is situated in a quiet area off the main lane leading to Hope Cove, but still within walking distance of the beach and coast path. The popular Hope & Anchor pub and The Cove restaurant are just a short stroll away. Additionally, the well-known seaside destinations of Salcombe and Thurlestone are just a short drive away.

The cottage features a fully-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric double oven, electric hob, large fridge freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. The dining area has a table that can seat 10 people, a TV, and access to the rear patio. A hallway off the kitchen provides access to all other rooms in the cottage.

The lounge is comfortable and features a large corner sofa, another large sofa, a log burner (first basket of logs provided at seasonal times), and a TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom features a 5ft king-size bed, access to the rear patio, and an en suite shower room with a shower cubicle, basin, and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature 5ft king-size beds and 3ft twin beds, respectively. Bedroom 4 is equipped with 3ft bunk beds. The family bathroom includes a roll-top bath with a hand-held shower, a separate large walk-in shower cubicle, a basin, and a WC.

Outside, there's a small, fully-enclosed patio area at the rear of the property with a picnic bench. An outside shower is also available at the front. Parking for two cars is provided on the private drive, with the possibility of accommodating up to 4 vehicles depending on size.

Additional amenities include bed linen and towels, electricity, and oil central heating. A travel cot and high chair are also provided. Guests can bring one dog for an additional fee of £30.00 per week. The property only has a telephone for emergency and incoming calls, as mobile reception is poor. Wi-Fi is available.

Local facilities include a sandy beach, pub, restaurants, and village shop, which are all located nearby, just 250 yards away.

Salcombe is 4 miles away, and Kingsbridge, with all its facilities, is 5 miles away.
