5 The Lanterns is a superb penthouse apartment perched in an elevated position overlooking the beautiful bay of Hope Cove and the dramatic South Hams coastline. This second-floor apartment has fabulous views for miles, which can be enjoyed from the floor-to-ceiling windows and two balconies leading from the living area. The sleek, stylish, and high standard interiors ensure 5 The Lanterns is the perfect base to sit back and enjoy the magical scenery, head off on a coastal path stomp or spend days relaxing on the sandy shores of Hope Cove.

Within a two-minute walk, the village of Hope Cove has two golden sandy beaches, a village shop, and several pubs/restaurants including the very popular Lobster Pods which will not disappoint! Slightly further afield are the wonderful sights and sounds of the South Hams including the sailing towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth, an abundance of scenic country and coastal walks and plenty of renowned restaurants and pubs.

• En suite Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

• Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds.

• Electric vehicles: There are 4 EV charging points at the Lanterns which can be accessed via the Monta App.

• Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), heating by underfloor heating.

• Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. Please check with your provider prior to booking. 

• Pets: 1 dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.

• Electric Vehicles: There are 4 EV charging points at the Lanterns which can be accessed via the Monta App.    

• Short Breaks: Short breaks available in the low and mid-season, 4 weeks in advance.

• Local Facilities: Shop and several sandy RNLI beaches within 200 meters in Hope Cove. 3 pubs/restaurants within Hope Cove. Kingsbridge and Salcombe with all facilities within 5 miles.
