The Roundhouse is a magnificent holiday home in South Devon that offers ample space for a comfortable stay. Its seven en-suite bedrooms and a private annexe make it perfect for flexible and sociable gatherings.

The grand main hall features a well-equipped kitchen and a long oak and stone table. In the open living space, you can relax by the wood-burning stove or climb the ladder to a mezzanine with breathtaking countryside views. The three-level cottage includes an annexe for peace and privacy.

The accommodation features three levels and seven bedrooms, including two king-size doubles with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two super king doubles that can be converted to twin beds, two twins with en-suite shower rooms, one king-size double with en-suite shower room and French windows, and an annexe that has one family room with a king-size double bed, two singles, and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor boasts an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove and a second-floor mezzanine seating area. The ground floor has a hall and den with a TV and a WC with a basin, and all rooms have underfloor heating with central heating.

The amenities provided include a microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the cost, as are bed linen and towels. Additionally, a cot and highchair are available on request.

You can park up to six cars off-road. There is a shared children's play area, barbecue, and indoor pool. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a £20 supplement for the second and third pet.

Please note that check-in time is 4 p.m. The swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep and available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The indoor pool, play area, and games room are shared, and the owners' family and friends occasionally use them.
