• Discover two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor: a family room with a super king double, a single (convertible to three singles) with an en suite shower room, and a king-size double with an en suite bathroom.

• Additionally, find a lower ground floor WC with a basin.

• The ground floor unveils an inviting open-plan living space comprising a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a dining area, and a kitchen.

• Enjoy comfort with central heating, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove. Amenities include a fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray and DVD, and WiFi.

• Take advantage of shared facilities, including a children's play area, barbecue, and indoor pool. The swimming pool, measuring 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is occasionally used by the owners' family and friends.

• Welcoming well-behaved dogs, a pet charge of £20 applies for the second and third pet. Smoking is not allowed.
