This luxury Dartmouth holiday cottage with a pool is spread across three floors and consists of four bedrooms. The first bedroom is a super king-size double room with a Jack and Jill entrance to the family bathroom. The second bedroom is a double room with a TV and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, separate shower, basin, bidet, and WC. The third bedroom is a double room, and the fourth bedroom is a smaller 4ft double room with a TV and a vanity basin. The fourth bedroom also has one double and one bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, basin, and WC, which serves as the previously mentioned Jack and Jill bathroom. Additionally, a pool room has a changing room, shower, basin, and WC and is exclusively available with pool facilities.

The kitchen has a dining area, while a utility room is located on the first floor. The sitting room offers both dining space and a pool table, complemented by a snug room. On the lower ground floor, there is a lobby with arcade games, a swimming pool, a poolside gym, a sauna, changing rooms, and a table tennis room.

The amenities include central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, two washing machines, a tumble dryer, dishwasher, one smart 55” TV with basic Sky and four TVs with Freeview, four DVDs, Hi-Fi, Wii Sports with a balance board, WiFi, a variety of games, arcade and casino games, DVDs, books, and toys.
