PERFECT FOR EVERYONE'S NEEDS

Had a lovely weeks stay here in October 2016. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped and range cooker was easy to operate. Bed linen and towels were good quality . The cottage was very warm and we did not need to light the log burner. Our party included a two year old and an 85 year old and it suited everyone's needs perfectly. The views from the cottage were lovely and we he'd some good walks with the dog. Our 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed looking at the wallabies in the adjacent field. Would definitely recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed!

SPECTACULAR VIEWS

The cottage is gorgeous and the views are spectacular, you could hear a pin drop when standing outside! It is ideal for a large family gathering. It is a good location to visit surrounding attractions.

GREAT LOCATION

Fiona (owner) was really helpful and welcoming. The property was peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of our working lives, just what's needed for a family holiday. Easy access to tourist hot spots, local shops and under an hour off the M6. More importantly for us, it was close to all the caves in the Yorkshire Dales, as we attended Eurospeleo 2016 at the Dalesbridge Centre in Austwick. Large garden with good walls to dry all our caving gear and keep our children happy. The wallabies added a good talking point for our youngest to all our family and friends. We will be back.
