The famous Bodnant Estate houses this Grade II listed stone house, surrounded by lush green hills and gorgeous views towards Colwyn Bay and the region of Conwy.

Lletty is the main stone house, while the free-standing Annexe sleeps two people. The generous gardens of Lletty provide ample space for the pets to play and for everyone to relax, eat, drink and converse. The furnished area contains a BBQ for long summer afternoons.

The lovingly appointed interior features original stone walls and exposed beams and includes a comfortable sitting room with a wood-burning stove and slate floors. The elegant dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table are equally charming.

Hints of yesteryear are found in the bedrooms, which include a double room, a twin room with a private bathroom, and a twin room with zip-and-link beds. A second bathroom contains a shower over a bath.

The Annexe lies next to the main house and includes a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and a small kitchenette. This cosy space also contains a TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player.
