Th cottage was lovely and the owner couldn't have been more charming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would highly recommend it . A rural setting but within a short drive of all amenities.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful spot, with very friendly and helpful owners. It is just a shame it is over half a mile up a steep and very winding single track road, which was blocked one day by sheep, and the next day by a lorry collecting logs which held us back from our day out by half an hour each time. If it were more accessible, or we were more used to reversing down hills and around bends, we would definitely return.

The cottage has everything you might need, and children are very welcome.
It lovely and quiet area and the views are fantastic it's just a short drive to the town and sea front.

The photos on the internet are seriously misleading, the owners home isn't just 'close to' the cottage, it's on top of it, owners have a direct view in through the kitchen window. Kitchen floor covered in slug trails; nasty! Tried to contact owner on two numbers but no answer even though we were expected.
We had had a long drive, were tired and upset so we went to Llandudno for the night and drove home the next morning.
Worst non-holiday ever, wish we'd stayed at home.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. It is a comfortable, well furnished, modernized, small cottage, adjacent to the owner's house. We walked the local footpaths and country roads, enjoyed the challenge of driving the narrow road out of Colwyn Bay, read books and generally relaxed. The owner was very helpful and we plan on staying there again on our next trip to the area.

My daughter & myself spent a really pleasant week here recently. My daughter has special needs & is very fussy but she loved it here! Very clean cottage, extremely comfortable, all mod cons. Amazing views. Very helpful - but not intrusive - owner. I was initially worried about the road leading up to the property but didn't find it a problem. Close to many of North Wales' attractions.

The accommodation was clean comfortable and well equipped. Cottage is next to owners' property but felt private with living room patio doors and seating area outside overlooking open countryside. Perfect location with beautiful walks through nearby woods and easy base to reach local beaches, stores and for exploring surrounding area and Anglesey. We had no issue with the lane, there were lots of places to give way but we didn't need to use them. Would love to stay again.

Great Holiday again, very good situation for exploring North Wales. Very quiet location in Colwyn Bay with lovely views, but not too far from shops. Very nice owners , would recommend to anyone needing to get away from it all. Excellent for wildlife, especially birds.

An ideal location for touring area but if you have young children or teenagers nothing for them to do and its too far for them to walk at night to the town. Taxi service is good and reasonable. The Farmers market on Thursdays although limited was very good and good value.

The A55! Able to access anywhere very quickly and easily.

We had a lovely time and the site of the cottage (on an old farm) was very children friendly. It was a good location to use as a base to explore the towns and attractions of North West Wales.

Beautiful view of the valley from the patio doors of the lounge.A friendly yet unobtrusive owner. To say that it is quiet and peaceful is an understatement. Just what we wanted.

We were very close to the town and the surrounding amenities.

The view from the property was great and the garden had a swing and slide which was great for my two year old son.

The cottage was a perfect location, so many places to visit lots to do. The owner was a lovely lady and was very kind, also her pets were very well behaved and we loved them. The views from every window and door were breath taking we highly recommend the property and yourselves for a perfect holiday. We hope to go back next year.

The weather! The beautiful valley setting of the property and its proximity to some wonderful scenery and excellent walking country made the holiday a totally enjoyable experience.

A lovely little gem, set in the welsh countryside. Relaxing with lovely views, several National Trust properties close by. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The secluded location set in a valley with views of the sea was very very peaceful. There were good local walks and the cottage was good to use as a base for touring North Wales.

The property was like a home from home. A warm welcome when we arrived, the cottage and the views where fantastic. We have already re-booked for next year.

Peace and quiet and fabulous scenery. Nevertheless, near all interesting places to visit, great for kids with loads of space outside to run around. We will come back!

This was the perfect retreat for a young family. The property was immaculately clean and well presented, with a swing and a slide in the garden that the children could play on. Perfectly located for all local amenities like Park Erias, the beautiful beaches, Welsh Mountain Zoo, plus only a stones throw from Llandudno. We will definitely visit again!
