• Kitchen: This kitchen features an integrated one-piece hot plate/electric hob, modern combi double oven, large fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
• Utility room: Equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Main Bedroom: Offers a King Size 5ft double bed.
• Bathroom: Includes a large walk-in shower, freestanding bath, wash hand basin, WC, and towel rail.

Ground Floor:

• Family Bedroom: Provides a double bed (Zip & link, can be twins on request) and a separate single 3ft bed.
• Family Shower room: This room contains a shower, WC, and wash hand basin.
• Double Bedroom: Features a 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 4: This room includes a 4ft double bed, sofa, TV, and an en-suite shower room with a cubicle shower, WC, and wash hand basin. It also has an external door if required.

Outside, the property boasts two spacious decked balconies, seating and dining areas, and smaller terraces. Access to the house can be made via Talland Hill, down approximately 55 steps, or through a pedestrian path from the village and coastal path, up a flight of steps.

One car can be parked above the property, accessed via several sets of shallow steps leading down to the entrance.
