Accommodation:

* The living room has two leather sofas, one armchair, a woodburning stove, a 32" flat screen Freesat, a TV with internet access, and a DVD player.

* Kitchen/diner: with ceramic electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, condensing tumble dryer, and new oak table and chairs to seat six.

* The master bedroom has a 5-foot king-size bed and a 17-inch flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

* Small double room: with 4ft 6in a double bed.

* Twin room: with two 3ft single beds and fitted wardrobe.

* Shower room with newly fitted large walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and radiator.

Outside, The Den offers a delightful surprise. Leading from the kitchen/dining room, there is a sheltered, fully enclosed, rock-faced courtyard. This outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, with a gas barbecue, a garden table and seating for six. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air, whether planning a family meal or a quiet evening under the stars.

Parking: There is one allocated space on the seafront car park, suitable for medium-sized cars (permit provided).
