Twenty acres of grounds surround the cottage, including the grand Melmerby Hall and a private garden with a furnished patio where guests can soak in the views of the surrounding woodland or relax with a cup of tea or fire up the BBQ.
The handmade oak kitchen contains a breakfast area, and the elegantly furnished dining room makes for memorable meals. The spacious sitting room features oak flooring and a wood burner for cosy nights.
The effortless charm continues in the bedrooms, including two rooms with zip-and-link beds and an en-suite with shower or bath, plus a master room with oak carved 5’ bed and en-suite with rainfall shower and cast-iron bath.
