  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Our holiday couldn't be any easier, on-site parking, pool, sauna and games room on site and a very well secured, spacious, modern 2 bed apartment. Lots of space and home from home luxury. Could not ask for anything more, the bonus is the beach is less than a 5 minute walk, it was that good that we have booked again for week in the summer.

Very clean, spacious, and felt like pure luxury. Great atmosphere and wonderful on-site options to choose from. There's also plenty of local businesses to check out, and the area is littered with walks and activities. And to top it all off, the staff and people we met were lovely to chat with. Definitely would stay again sometime in future!

Lovely apartment with a good sized balcony, table and 4chairs which we used for breakfast and coffee. The weather was very kind and only rained in the evening when it didn't matter .Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean .Easy access to the beach and shops .Safe parking area and under cover.We have stayed at Byron before and love it. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the facilities such as the indoor pool are lovely and again spotless.We hope to come again in the spring as Woolacombe is our go to place. Thank you Byron for another wonderful relaxing stay.

We loved our stay at 7 Putsborough. It was quiet but really close to the beach and the shops. That was lots of great touches like the outdoor shower to use when you return from the beach and also the lovely doggy treats on arrival for our dog. We would definitely stay again.

We love Woolacombe and have stayed in various houses/ apartments over the last few years.. We tried Byron for the first time last year and this year was out first in Putsborough 7. The apartment was fab really nicely decorated and spacious. As with the majority of Woolacombe it’s dog friendly and there was a lovely touch of a dog goody bag left out for our pooch. There’s a nice balcony over looking the courtyard and we love the safety of the easy access car park. Byron as whole is really clean and upkeep is good. We will be back and Byron is now our apartments of choice.

The apartment was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Our daughter, partner and small grandson stayed for part of the week. He loved the surf shed for all his beach gear. The reception team were very helpful and whole booking process was easy. We will definitely come again. It brought back memories of when I was a child and came to Woolacombe and the hotel that was on the same site years ago. Beautiful apartment and lovely beach.

This is a top quality apartment, very well appointed and really nicely furnished. My partner fell in love with the shower and the soft water. Lovely balcony to enjoy a coffee in the sunshine with the balcony getting sun all day. Easy to find on the main road into Woolacombe and approx 3 minutes from the beach. Getting the keys and finding the apartment went smoothly thanks to comprehensive instructions. We are already planning our next stay.

Great apartment, good size, immaculately clean. Nice touch supplying a complimentary welcome pack. Decent showers as well which is great when you’ve spent all day on the beach. This is the second time we have stayed at Byron and would have no problem in using again. The location to the beach is certainly a big plus.

Fantastic apartment, looks brand new, contemporary style, lovely balcony looking onto the courtyard with bifold doors. Great seating area in the open plan living space, fully equipped kitchen with the bonus of a washer/dryer, hairdryers and ironing board. Bathrooms very good too with powerful showers. Indoor pool was fab, restricted use at the moment but was lovely to have it to ourselves with a sauna and the gym good too. Building well maintained and an ideal location for the town and beach, with benefit of shed storage for beach gear. Parking space great under the building. Staff lovely and very welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend. Woolacombe is a great family friendly resort with a fab beach and costal paths, head towards Morthoe on the coastal path to see seals bathing on the rocks below. Tides, Electric bar and Beach House great places to eat.

Thank you for an excellent stay. We had a fantastic stay (despite the wet and windy weather). The apartment was spotless and very well equiped. It proximity to the beach and town was perfect for our needs and to have an allocated parking space is a real bonus. In addition, the reception staff were execptional. Helpful, professional and accomodating. I can not recommend Byron enough.

Very pleased with the apartment, fixtures, fittings and furnishing all to a very high standard, the owner had lovely taste. The location worked for us as the enclosed but spacious balcony gave us some outside space but sheltered from the wind. It had a brand new feel about the place.
