  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

We stayed last week and had a lovely break. The checkin was amazing and allowed us to checkin early, this was great as we had a little one with us. The apartment was great, clean and everything you needed. Swimming pool was also great and enjoyed the sauna. All in all a lovely apartment and will definitely be returning.

Lovely apartment in which we spent a week on a previous occasion. Clean, spacious and ideal for 4 people. The communal swimming pool is a nice touch. A well maintained facility which our grandchildren really enjoyed. We've stopped in a number of apartments at the Byron and will continue to do so. It's relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful modern apartment with a lovely sea view from the balcony, had everything we needed for our family break. Booking the gym and swimming pool was easy. Perfect place to stay, very close to shops/bars and a few minutes walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

My family all loved the Byron apartment. Being on the Sandy Lane side it felt quieter yet Middlecombe 5 still has sea views and sun on the balcony for 4-5 hours in the afternoon. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with all kitchen equipment you'll need, and well designed. The double bed we hoped the kids wouldn't have was separated into singles which was a nice touch. The block seemed peaceful as the sound insulation was good. All in all a lovely apartment in a great complex and we will be back.

Middlecombe apartments are located at the back of the Byron complex, offering a peaceful location slightly further back from the village and local eateries.
