  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Great stay as always. Apartment was clean and compact. Reception desk was very helpful and friendly as normal. They always make me feel they care. The guy at the end of the help number was also very kind and understanding when we could not find the cutlery draw. Very nice apartment. Great location and parking space. Very very comfortable beds.

Flat was spotless on arrival - even left us some milk and tea bags ! Plenty of space, although the sofa / chairs aren't that comfy. Really close to the beach, it's a great base for exploring Devon.

Stayed here with my very large dog and could not have been happier. Large terrace area which he spent a lot of time on and was safe, enclosed and happy there. Apartment lovely and well furnished with equipment that made it a home from home. Will be on our list to revisit.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with a great contained outside space for our dog to potter about in and watch the street through the fence. When it was too hot for the beach, we chilled outside as it was shady. Great amenities - pool was wonderful - just the right temperature for swimming.

Fantastic location with great facilities. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna looked brand new. Having the bar and restaurant on site is a bonus. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again in the future. The apartment was clean and beds comfy. Bathrooms like new and well appointed. Outside area useful to have as was the undercover car parking space. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely to have tea , coffee and milk waiting in the kitchen area on arrival.

Perfect property with enclosed patio to let the dogs out. Patio got very little sun but that didn’t detract from our stay. The flat itself was really comfortable and tastefully decorated and clean. We love the area and definitely stay again. Fabulous holiday.

This is a very easy review as everything and everybody was perfect and I am a fussy customer! The apartment was amazing, fully equipped and spotlessly clean and plenty of space indoors and out. The bathrooms are high spec and the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. It’s only minutes from the famous Woolacombe beach and some lovely walks. The food served at Byron was lovely, and the breakfasts were amazing well done chef. Unfortunately I could’nt use the pool and spa but they looked just like the rest of Byron exceptionally clean and a pleasure for all customers. All that’s left to say is a HUGE THANKYOU to Olivia and all staff at Byron for making my holiday a good one. Hope to see you again.

Rockham apartments are located at the side of the Byron complex, and are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.
